Job title: Entry Level Quality Control Inspector

Essential Job Functions:

  • Review MPS.
  • Take AQL sampling plan.
  • Inspects parts and verifies that products meet requirements as specified on the MPS.
  • Records dimensions on the Mechanical Inspection Form.
  • Performs electrical testing to ensure the product meets electrical parameters.
  • Record results of electrical values.
  • Inspect incoming materials and supplies.
  • Provides material certs in required.
  • Provide stand-alone Certificate of Compliance if required.
  • Alerts Department Heads of product failure.
  • Work with Engineering and Quality Supervisor on disposition of non-conforming material.
  • Assist in the issuing and control of employee issue stamps.
  • Assist in controlling fixturing, calipers, gauges and test coils.
  • Adhere to AS9100 quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Must be able to carry out written and verbal instructions.


  • Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years' experience in Quality Control in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of expected level of quality.
  • Good computer skills including Word, Excel.

Physical Effort:

  • Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, reach, bend, move and carry up to (40 pounds) throughout the day.
  • Make repetitive hand and arm movements.
  • 20/20 vision or corrective eye wear with the ability to detect imperfections on small parts.
  • Steel toe shoes and safety glasses required.

Mental Effort:

  • Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast paced production type environment.
  • Ability to handle stress well.


  • Monday through Friday, 6am to 2:30pm.
