To ensure superior performance from our magnetic material components, we offer custom heat treatment of all soft magnetic materials. Our next-stage refined heat-treating – in nitrogen – and hydrogen-protected atmospheres – removes stresses and impurities. This provides for application specific grain growth and improved magnetic characteristics. In addition, we provide magnetic testing for core loss, as well as direct current loop and permeability testing.
